HTC and Microsoft’s relationship date back to the very early stages of Windows Mobile, so it is no surprise that the Taiwanese smartphone maker is committed to Windows Phone 7. The Droid is Motorola’s biggest star and is about to be followed up by the almost identical looking Droid 2. Over in China, a Droid clone has appeared that looks the part, but tragically, it runs Windows Mobile 6.5. More »

An “AT&T source” has told BGR that the Dell Streak is hitting American streets on July 19th. If that date is correct, then Dell must be about ready to unleash Android 2.1 Eclair for the Streak, which is weighed down by Android 1.6. More »

Six months ago, 19% declared that they were going to buy a Nokia as their next smartphone, but today, only 10% are now committed to Symbian. Page insists that Google had been developing phones long before Apple unveiled the iPhone in 2007.
