According to BoyGeniusReport, it’s been rumored that Verizon will receive Motorola Droid slider phones. Pictures of the Motorola Droid slider phone have allegedly surfaced from Chinese site HIAPK. They show an alleged Motorola Droid Slider device, complete with full QWERTY keyboard and the Droid Red Eye boot animation as seen on other Droid devices. More »

A new rumor from a “trustworthy source” puts the Motorola Droid 2 for Verizon’s launch on August 23rd. Should the Droid 2 be released in late August, it will almost surely have Android 2.2 FroYo. The Droid X is landing on July 15th with Eclair. More »
