Today, Google released a Google Voice app update to Android and Blackberry users. The update promises faster calls. Prior to the update, Google Voice users would call a Google Voice server that would connect the call via a Google access number. Now, with the update, each person you call is assigned their own unique phone number. To use Vlingo, all you need to do is tap the home screen widget and speak to send texts & emails, update Twitter, dial & much more. If you’ve run into the problem of cluttered app space, Ghostify is your solution. Ghostify is an app that keeps your most frequently used apps visible and puts the ‘once-in-a-blue-moon’ apps in ghost mode making only the most used apps visible on your phone. If you’re a Samsung Galaxy S owner who is also accident prone, you’ll want to get in on the Samsung Road SMS app that will soon be available in the Samsung app store. The app prevents you from walking into things while texting because it uses the camera to display whatever is in front your phone as the backdrop for a texting app. It also in a way promotes texting and driving at the same time.
