The grapevine buzz is that June 2nd or 16th is the release date, but the prices seem to be accurate. $399.99 hits the sweet spot for most consumers and is very competitive with what is out there currently; however, $150 with a 2-year contract is ridiculous when Best Buy is offering the Motorola Droid for $129.99 and Motorola Devour at $69.99 with new 24-month terms from Verizon.
