LogMeIn has recently partnered up with HTC to provide mobile remote support software on future HTC devices that run on Android operating system. The LogMeIn Rescue will be pre-installed on the devices and connected to the company’s worldwide call center.

With the LogMeIn Rescue, the support staff will be able to remotely configure, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues as long as the customer has a data connection. This over-the-air mobile support works worldwide and saves time for both the staff and the customer.
