Huawei’s new 7″ Android 3.2 Honeycomb MediaPad tablet has recently hit AT&T complete with 4G speeds on February 3rd.
The MediaPad tablet was first launched on T-Mobile back in November as the Springboard tablet. It features a 7″ 1280 x 720p IPS HD display, 3G/4G HSPA+ connectivity, a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, 1GB of RAM, front and rear facing cameras with the rear being 5 megapixels and capable of 1080p video capture.
In addition it also features micro-USB, micro-HDMI, and micro-SD for expanded storage. The tablet was previously updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and are sold with ICS onboard in some markets. However, the AT&T mode will come with Honeycomb, but is expected to have an update at some point. Unfortunately, the AT&T 4G powered MediaPad is only available to enterprise and business accounts.
