NEC has recently unveiled its new super-thin Android phone MEDIAS ES N-05 D with only 6.7mm thickness. Coming via Japan’s biggest mobile carrier NTT Docomo, the phone will also come with some impressive specs, such as Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread, waterproof body, as well as a 4.3-inch LCD with 720×1280 resolution.
The phone also comes with a 8.1-megapixel CMOS camera and it is powered by a quad-core MSM8260 1.5GHz CPU with 1GB of RAM. Unfortunately it only has a 4GB of internal storage and a small 1400mAh battery.
The MEDIAS will be available in black, white and pink. It will hit Japanese stores in February or March this year and apparently it will not come out of the Asian markets any time soon.
