A new budget device LG E400 Optimus L3 has recently appeared on Swedish retailer CDON. The device apparently runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with LG’s Optimus user interface and it comes with a 3.2-inch screen, unfortunately with a QVGA (320×240) display.

Furthermore, the Optimus L3 features a 3-megapixel camera, HSDPA, WiFi connectivity as well as a microSD card slot. There’s no information about the processor, but considering this is a budget device, it might be powered by a 1GHz single-core chip.

The handset will be available on stock on February 27 with a pre-order price of 1290 SEK (around $190) off contract.
