Pictures of the unreleased Sony Tapioca and Sony Nypon have recently been leaked. The two devices were mentioned in a roadmap that was leaked previously.

The Sony LT21i, or the Tapioca, will reportedly come with a 3.2-inch HVGA display and it will be powered by an 800MHz single-core processor with 4GB of internal storage and 512MB of RAM. It will also come with Bluetooth, WiFi, and a 3.2-megapixel rear camera.

Unfortunately the specs of the Sony LT22i, or the Nypon, aren’t known yet, but it will probably pack quite the battery assuming from the curved shape shown on the right photo.
