Even with the Ice Cream Sandwich delivering all over the place right now, some manufacturers are still stuck to the plain Gingerbread. Looks like LG Optimus Black will be getting Android 2.3 in Europe!

It wasn’t even expected that LG was actually trying to get their Optimus handset any update, but seems like they’ve got some results to share. The handset will be getting some nice Gingerbread in both Europe and India, through LG’s updating tool.

This could be a little late, but better late then never, yeah?
