Apple has been very widely spreading their hatred towards Android, and despite Apple winning most of its lawsuits, HTC actually manage to defend itself this time.

According to Newsweek’s Dan Lyons, Apple has spend $100 million in the latest design patent lawsuit against HTC, resulting as HTC dodging the attack completely. Facing a new possible ban, all HTC did was disable the feature that Apple was trying to sue for, and Voila.

After a series of updates from HTC, they’ve successfully dodge the new attack from Apple, leaving the fruit company with a shocking result, as well as a heck of a big bill to pay.
