Recently, the ViewPad 10e tablet by Viewsonic has been spotted by sharp-eyed fans on Amazon for a pretty ridiculous price of $399.

The specs are nice, including a 9.7″ 1026 x 768 IPS display, a single-core 1.0 GHz processor, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage, along with micro-USB, micro-SD, and an HDMI port.

However, with all the beastly quad-core or Ice Cream Sandwich in the market right now, the on-board Gingerbread really seems a bit tough. There isn’t even Honeycomb, not to mention the tasty ICS. Pricing…is pretty over the edge for qualifications like that.

Anyone thinking of getting it?

i wouldn’t get that at all!

Wow, I wouldn’t get this either. For that price and just getting 4GB?! Not worth it at all. It has a nice system and all the additions but you could get something better for that price.
