With its never-ending suing of various companies, Apple has once again started their lawsuit battle with Samsung, this time targeting the Galaxy Nexus in the German courts.

The main patent issue this time is the lockscreen feature of the Galaxy Nexus that is oddly similar to Apple’s. The “slide-to-unlock” lock screen is apparently too much for Apple’s liking, and woo hoo! It’s now in the courts. Though this may be the only few devices with this feature, for Google has intelligently make the globe unlocking feature ever since Honeycomb.
