The UK might be receiving the Sony Xperia S (one of the first devices without a Sony Ericsson label), which has just been seen at CES, on March 5th. According to Clove and Phones4U, the phone may be arriving on the shelves much sooner than anyone thought.
Clove’s blog says that the Xperia S will come with a price tag of £468 ($716) when unlocked without a contract.
Although that seems like quite a hefty price tag, remember that once the device gets to the US it will probably be subsidized and on contract - even though there is no detail as to when this will happen. Those interested in the UK however can now pre-order at Clove.
