Apple has been shooting big patent bombs at Android manufactuters ever since…well I guess ever since Samsung lost the first ever battle. And now, looks like Apple has finally lost their first war.

Way back in October 2010, Apple has been suing Motorola for 3 patent issues, with devices including Droid, Droid 2 and Droid X. And their attempt to beat off the big giant seems to be failing, for the ITC judges are in favor of Motorola.

It’s not the final decision, but it’s a good start indeed. After HTC and Samsung’s unfavored history, it’s about time Android stands up against Apple.
