After some of the gigantic devices out on display currently, HTC has decided to show off its new HTC Ville, which is known to be the thinnest phone from HTC yet. And according to sources, T-Mobile is the lucky winner that will be carrying the new device this upcoming spring.

Expected to be seen at the Mobile World Congress, the device is said to be running on Ice Cream Sandwich, featuring Sense UI 4 as well as the rumored specs:

- 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4
- Adreno 225 GPU
- 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display
- Beats Audio
- Backside-illuminated 8 megapixel camera capable of rivaling point-and-shoot quality
- 1650mAh battery
