We haven’t heard much about the HTC Flyer for a while but it’s back in the news again as it’s receiving an Android 3.2 Honeycomb update. It hasn’t been doing well and so has therefore been discontinued, but that doesn’t mean that HTC have given up on it completely.

The Taiwanese firm have kept their promise to send an update to the Wi-Fi tablet. Some users who have been quick to install the update have already noted the benefits, some being better response and no wallpaper lag.

Over in the US, the 3G model has also apparently been receiving the Honeycomb update.
