You don’t really see too many intentionally pink phones that are released (unless you spend to fix it a new cover or deck it out with a case), so it’s pretty cool to see that the latest pink makeover has hit the popular Samsung Galaxy S II. Though the only slight bummer is that it’s only a new option for those residing in Taiwan.

Though it’s likely that this is the same pink (or hot pink) version that was announced for South Korea back in November which retailed for about $700USD (though in Won). Those in Taiwan will be able to pick it up for TWD$21,900 (which ends up almost the same after conversions).

Specs-wise, it’s all the same, that 1.2Ghz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage and an 8MP camera. Not to mention that it’s arriving with Gingerbread and TouchWiz for some impressive software stats.

So jealous! I would totally be in line for a pink Galaxy S II…if it was available in the US!
