Holding on tight to their Transformers and Optimus Prime trademarks, toy manufacturer Hasbro has been suing ASUS for their production of the Transformer Prime. But with none of the IPs withstanding, ASUS starts their Tegra 3 tablet production once again.

The battle between the two had, indeed, drawn much attention to ASUS these days, and it’s actually a balance between the drawbacks and benefits that the legal issue brings to both sides. But ASUS decides to keep going with their production and ship out as much as they could before the court decides anything against them.
