The Apple vs. Samsung game has been around for God-knows-how-long. And seems like the German court really isn’t willing to take on the challenge anymore, making the injuction of the revised tablet unlikely.

Samsung, after Apple’s successful first attempt, came up with the Galaxy Tab 10.1N, the revised version of the original Galaxy Tab 10.1. Some changes like the “reworked edge with visible front speakers and the SAMSUNG logo on the bottom portion of the bezel” are the main differences between the two, and well, Germany accepts that. So far, at least.

The ruling is yet to conclude, but really, there isn’t much evidence left out there for Apple to support the lawsuit. The next judging will be held on February 9th 2012 with the honorable Johanna Brueckner-Hofmann. In the meantime, Apple is probably in its burning mode, seeking for more Samsung stuff to satisfy its banning hobby.
