Some bad news for those who were looking forward to being able to get their hands on a 4G LTE-equipped phone before the year ended. According to this leaked Verizon document, the Motorola DROID 4 (which was suppose to drop today) is apparently not going to be debuting until February 2 of next year.

Though the silver lining to the delay is that the phone may be able to launch with the latest Android version, Ice Cream Sandwich.

If February is too long of a wait, the DROID 4 should be making an appearance at CES 2012, which happens in January - so we should be getting a peek at it then.
