Tagging along with all the softwares that are to be updated to work for Android 4.0, aka the Ice Cream Sandwich, Flash has finally gotten its update…though sad news is, it’d be the last version of the mobile platform that Adobe would support.
And here’s a little list of some known issues that came along in the announcement:
- Seeking while video is paused doesn’t update the pictured frame on ICS devices
- StageVideo using On3 and Sorenson does not work on ICS devices
- PHDS content stops playing for about 10 seconds
- OS does not prioritize incoming calls (audio remains playing before and after call is received)
- Enter key does not work on multi-line text input field
So if you’re one of those lucky ones that got ICS devices, get your Flash update now, for it’s the last generation before Adobe moves on to HTML 5.
