Some good news for users of the original Galaxy S II and if you’re on AT&T, even better.
An upgrade to Android 2.3.6 is being rolled out by AT&T for Galaxy S II owners very soon. Though it will mainly be providing some simple bug fixes, which are still important and it’s recommended that you grad it when it arrives on your phone.
Check to see via Settings - About Phone - Software update - Check for updates.
