Recently, Samsung has been managing a decision originally that can be prevent the company from selling the Samsung Galaxy Tab in Australia. The reason the company was preventing on selling the tablet was due to the court cases with Apple.

Although the tablet could be back on sale in Australia this Friday, Apple now has time to appeal the new decision and if the judge agrees then tablet sales could be banned again. Apple has just a few days to come up with an appeal which means if they are unsuccessful then the tablet will be on sale this Friday.

Apple continues to fight with Samsung in a number of locations around the world, one of which is Germany which saw Samsung redesign the Galaxy Tab and create the 10.1N version although Apple still disagrees with this one and is now tackling Samsung again.
