While not much has been leaked for the new LG Prada K2, some new photos have appeared today that seem to match the renderings that popped up in July. From the pictures, it looks to be one sleek and slim phone - perfect for something carrying the luxury fashion label’s name.

A bit blurry, but the gist of the phone is there and apparently it’s going under the name LG Prada P940, which most are guessing is the internal codename.

With most things kept under wraps, it’s at least been revealed that it will sport a 4.3″ NOVA display, an unknown dual-core processor (good chance it’ll be the 1.5 GHz from Qualcomm though), an 8MP rear camera, and a 1.3 MP front shooter that you could use for video chat - pretty nice.

Though of course, the eye-catching design would be the thing to reel you in, since it is noticeably thin. No word yet if this is the final design, but the slightly peculiar buttons on top seem pretty interesting. It looks to be a power button, 3.5mm headphone jack, a lock-toggle switch, and then something else that doesn’t seem to be easily guessed…maybe a camera button?

There’s a good chance that it’ll be powered by Android 2.3/Gingerbread though and it’s been rumored to be released on the market this quarter. Though we’ll have to wait and see if it’ll hit the US market, since nothing’s been mentioned just yet.

Thoughts?
