Though nothing’s been confirmed yet about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Nexus being released at more than a couple US mobile carriers, it’s still possible that it may be a Verizon Wireless exclusive. For those that aren’t with Verizon or are eyeing this speed demon smartphone from international waters, you might look to Amazon…if you can afford it.

A new product page for the Galaxy Nexus has appeared on the popular online retailer at £540, which converts to about $930…BUT it is SIM free and unlocked, meaning users (if the Verizon exclusive news comes true) on AT&T and T-Mobile have the option of being able to use it on their network.

Along with that, the in stock date of November 7 is just around the corner, so for anyone who can’t resist and wants to place their orders now…it’ll be in your hands soon enough.

Though man, I know unlocked phones are pricey, but $930 seems like so much - maybe playing the waiting game to see if it hits your preferred carrier might be worth it.

Anyone using an unlocked phone on their carrier?
