Release of Nokia Windows Phone by end of the year

Over recent weeks, the Nokia Windows Phone has not been speculated about too much. When this type of thing happens, many of us wonder what happens to it, and whether it is still on track for its original release date.

Nokia though, have re-iterated that their first range of Windows Phones will still be released at some point this year. Nokia’s official Twitter account tweeted the news, which kept a lot of people satisfied, after weeks of pondering.

Early on next year, the majority of the stock will then be rolled out. On the tweet, it read “We cannot confirm local availability but the 1st Nokia w/ WP devices will ship in Q4 and with volumes in 2012.” Many retweets followed.

So, Nokia are still meeting their original expectations after all. What kind of news does this bring to you?
