A while ago, Galaxy Tab 10.1 had made many appearances on courts regarding its ban in Europe. Recently, at the regional court in Düsseldorf, the ban that allowed Apple to block Samsung from selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the European Union is lifted. Great news for them Europeans!

However, the ban is still active in Germany, with the appeal from Samsung still pending.

What’s even more controversial is that Apple might have presented misleaded evidence in order to eliminate competition.
