It has been reported that the FTC antitrust investigation of Google is now focusing on both Android and web search engine.

FTC lawyers have asked whether Google prevents Android smartphone manufacturers from using services by its competitors. It has also been in question whether it gives preferential placement to its own products and services. Furthermore, there are allegations that Google unfairly takes rivals’ information such as reviews of local business to use them on its own sites.
