Not a huge fan of the subdued look of the HTC Sensation? Whitesites Blog wished it was a bit more eye-catching, so they added a chrome look to it with sand paper and metal polish. If you want the look for your own phone, you can follow the full instructions on the site. It involves a little time since you’re sand-papering the phone until it shows the bare metal, but the results are worth it. More »

Horace Luke, the chief innovation officer, has been gone since the end of April. He formally announced this week that he is leaving the company for personal reasons. HTC had nothing but kind words for Luke, who had been with the company since 2006, stating that he had “nurtured a culture of innovation.” In his place will be Scott Croyle, the vice president of design. Today’s app, Cut the Rope, is a game app in which you catch stars and feed Om Nom, the little monster, sweet candy! How do you do all of this? You simply cut the rope that is preventing Om Nom from being fed, to release the treat and watch it land in On Nom waiting mouth! That’s not all though. You’ll also need to look out for the falling stars, the approaching bubbles, annoying obstacles and persistent enemies. It’s certainly an adorable game! More »

An account under the name of @MDB228 has recently appeared on social-networking site Twitter, tweeting about the features of an unnamed Android phone, which is assumed to be Motorola’s long-delayed device, the Droid Bionic. The account reveals the form factor of the phone in first person, such as ‘I come to bring change to everything you do. Movies, Word, Shopping it all changes…soon,’ ‘I will be updating faster [than] those around me. I will change. I will adapt. I will not be stopped,’ and a few more tweets. More »
