Research firm Flurry Analytics has recently released their results from a study of the buying habits of 3.5 million iOS and Android consumers, which says that they spend an average of $14 per transaction from within ‘freemium’ games, which are free apps that have paid add-on content.
71 percent of all transactions come in under $10, while 16 percent are in the $10 to $20 range and 13 percent spend more than $20. 5 percent among the total purchase numbers spend even an amount higher than $50.
