Here is a picture of a returned product from a rather epic customer. His Droid R2-D2 died, so he decided to get a new one.

However, because the broken phone was under warranty, he had to sent the phone back to Motorola. As you can see in the speech bubble in the picture, the customer transformed himself to Luke Skywalker.
