Always running low on minutes to use for calls and the month’s not even over yet? Well, if you own an Android device, you’re in luck! In the Android market lies an app known as GrooVe IP for just $3.99.

This app just needs a Wi-Fi or 3G/4G connection in addition to Google Voice (you’ll need a GV number as well) so that you can use free, unlimited minutes in the US and Canada. Do note that this will use data but if you have ‘unlimited’, then no sweat! And Wi-Fi will use up no data at all.

Best part is that it will sync your contacts onto the app and can use a separate number to make calls. Sweet, right?
