With Verizon releasing another update for the HTC Thunderbolt soon, random reboot issues that were experienced by users should be resolved within the month. Verizon is working to clear the issues and should be releasing the update during the second half of June.

However, for those users unwilling to wait, Verizon employees have been authorized to deliver to you a brand new Thunderbolt in exchange for your old one. Hopefully, the issues will be resolved in a week or two before the users become impatient!
