Computex 2011 is well underway and it seems like Android could be using Ti for its next version beyond Honeycomb known as Ice Cream Sandwich.

Currently, the Honeycomb tablet uses NVIDIA’s Tegra dual-core, but for the next Android tablet version, we may be seeing Ti, which may use the TI OMAP 4 chip. The reason behind the switch? NVIDIA has been struggling to come up with new ideas whereas Ti is reliable. Another rumor in the form of Qualcomm chips for the Android Jello version came up as well.

Ti, the company you probably know best as those calculators you use in math. Well, let’s see what both companies can come up with!
