Verizon is ready to launch a successor to the original Droid X, the Motorola Droid X2. Now it has been reported that Costco has now started to receive dummy units of the phone. All we have to do is wait for the official announcement by Verizon.
The Motorola Droid X2 is rumored to feature a 4.3-inch qHD display, a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor from NVIDIA, an 8MP rear camera, 512MB of RAM, 8GB of on-board storage, and Bluetooth 2,1. Unfortunately, the device will not be supported by Verizon’s 4G LTE network.
Great news for those who have been anticipating the release of the Droid X2! I wonder what other stores will be getting dummy units of the device.
