Toshiba has revealed their official Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet with the Toshiba Regza Tablet AT300 and a 10.1-inch slate. The tablet includes WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage. There is a 5-megapixel camera on the back and a 2-megapixel camera on the front of the tablet as well. With the Toshiba’s “Regza Apps Connect,” the tablet can also integrate other devices from the company’s A/V range. The tablet is set to be released in Japan in June with a price of around $700. Now, they are rumored to be working with Samsung to create the hardware for their Android tablet.
