Ah, telling a celebrity to switch over to a phone is easier said than done. Telling them awkwardly makes for even better hilarity and laughs. But that’s what happened to Tina Fey when Google CEO Eric Schmidt told her to switch over to Android. Yes, it was that awkward.

Tina Fey described just how phones have taken over peoples’ lives and know basically a lot about people, Eric Schmidt suggested to her in a what seemed to be a creepy-friendly voice, “And we want you to use a more powerful phone.”

Here’s his gem on the phones:

And we want you to use a more powerful phone. And we have a lot of applications that can help you where you wanna go, what you can do. This is what we do.

As your daughter gets older, you can keep track of your daughter with your phone. Trust me, you’re gonna want our phones.”
