Seems like the elusive Gingerbread is becoming harder and harder to catch. After all, a tweet about an update for the Motorola DROID Pro got many users excited and had them rushing to the page, only to find out what the update really was.
It’s not the Gingerbread update users have been waiting so anxiously for. And on Motorola’s support page, it says that this isn’t an update to the Froyo operating system. Rather, it just fixes some Exchange email issues but not every issue. There will be more updates in the future.
The DROID Pro updates include improved audio on voice calls, improved stability and performance, prompt return to full screen brightness after wake-up, amongst others. Check out the list for all the updates for the DROID Pro.
