Confused about this picture? I was too. There’s a phone, a random lego structure, a disco ball (What the..?), and an Android robot! Maybe you should watch the video before I go into details.
Crazy right? Basically, this rubik’s cube is a DODECAHEDRON puzzle with 12 flat faces. With a Mindstroms NXT kit, an android (HTC Desire), the app took pictures of each individual images of each of the puzzle’s 12 sides, and via Bluetooth, the information was sent to the NXT controller. By doing this, the puzzle was solved in 8 minutes and 4 seconds. I know it isn’t lightning speed, but this is a twelve sided puzzle!
But I must say, the dancing android robot was quite the highlight of the video!
