The HTC Thunderbolt has just been rolled out. Now, a first taste of the 4G LTE data plans are coming to light. VZW is, at the moment, offering non-contracted customers a $49.99 data package, which is apparently unlimited at this time. Whilst the above email doesn’t reveal details of when it could be changing, a 5GB limited plan would really give a helping hand.

Not so much information is provided in the email, but you should ask your local VZW about the non-contracted data package if you are experiencing concerns. But this has nothing to do with the $29.99 unlimited plan that comes with a 2 year contract. It’s inevitable that it will be sticking around for a few months.

Hmm, this is very interesting. I’d like to see what happens, though I have T-Mobile, so Verizon doesn’t affect me much. ^^
