Bluegrass Cellular is a regional phone carrier company in Kentucky, and they announced that the Motorola Milestone X will be coming soon to their company. This phone is similar to the Droid X, but it’s available to those without Verizon. One bad thing about this phone is that the Milestone X is still operating under Android 2.1 Eclair.
