Just this month, Google released Android Market web version. On this website you can buy and transfer apps and send them right to your phone or tablet. If you enjoy this option and love books, you’re in luck! Now not only does the Xoom’s Android Market application offer Google Books, the web version also decded to join in and you can check it out here.
Buying a book on Android Market works just the same as buying an app — you click on the price (or the ‘free’ label), choose a method of payment, and your new book will show up the next time you fire up the Books application on your Android device.
To purchase a book is pretty simple as long as you’ve bought an app already. You just choose the price (unless it says free- then click on that), pay and your book appears when you open your Books app on your phone or tablet.
This option has already been open (here) to those who have heard of it but for those who have an Android device and did not know, now you know.
It seems like a fantastic movement and I’d love to try it! What do you guys think?
