
It was just recently announced that Samsung Mobile has been awarded the #1 spot in customer loyalty for their 10th consecutive year making them the 8th company to do so and the first mobile division to achieve the honor.

The research firm who conducted the study was Brand Keys. They specialize in customer loyalty so their opinions are very respected.
