Thanks to the LG Optimus 2X phone, big screen gaming is now possible through mobile phones. From this year’s CES, a dual-core phone or tablet was spotted hooked up to a 59 inch+ TV, whether it was gaming or 1080 video. Now that’s quite some feat. Because it wouldn’t really be logical in the world now, despite all the technological options.

Devices are now coming to the market with requisite power to play them. More solutions are expected, especially with the upcoming Playstation Phone.

Optimus 2X will be coming to Korea and Europe in the coming weeks, and will spread across other countries shortly after. There has also been speculation that T-Mobile may become the US launch partner.
