According to PC World, BenQ will be releasing their R100 Android-powered tablet next year, where it will also be officially announced at CES in January. Let’s take a look at some specifications.

The 10.1 inch tablet boasts a 1024 x 600 resolution touchscreen, Android (which version is yet unknown) and a 833MHz a Samsung-built ARM CPU. The device can go 12 hours without needing attention in its battery area and also includes a stylus for those of you who enjoy writing in Chinese. Then there’s the usuals such as 8GB of internal storage, Bluetooth an SD slot, mini-USB port, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a mini-HDMI socket. There’s even an 802.11b/g/n radio there.
