Amidst the frantic wait for Android 2.3 Gingerbread, it has been announced via Facebook by Dell Home UK that Android 2.2 Froyo is making its way towards the Dell Streak.

Any Dell Streak owners out there should expect an over the air update that means your tablet should get a message that includes a Froyo download. Your location will decided when this happens.

No specific date has been given in the current moment in time but it is hoped that updates should be out by the end of this month.
