Sony Ericsson was feeling generous at DroidCon 2010 because some lucky attenders got to witness and keep an early build of the LiveView developer SDK. Sony Ericsson also gave out some of the devices to third party plug-in developers.

Android developer Mark Brady was one of the attenders who was lucky enough to try out the device.
In Brady’s blog, he gives a bried review about the LiveView and also writes about the features of it. Brady recommends this to those who are developers but for consumers, he recommends you wait for the review of the retail device before purchasing.

The LiveView will be compatible with Android 2.0 or better. It is described to be a tiny black widget, with a belt clip and Velcro wrist strap. The LiveView is available right now but it will be released at a later date of November 19th in the UK.

Here is a small video in which you can see a hands-in experience of the Sony Liveview.
