The official Twitter application for Android phones has garnered lots of positive feedback, now it gets even better because the application has just recently updated to version 1.0.5.

Some of the great improvements include:

- Scrolling through tweets is a lot smoothing now
- There is a Quote/Retweet comfirmation dialog which allows the user to either Retweet, Quote, or cancel
- There is a cleaner time-line
- A swipe to reveal feature. All you have to do is fling a Tweet left or right and it reveals actions underneath
- Search results now contain top tweets
