It may be sort of an inconvenient discovery, but Droid 2 users should be aware that even if they lock their phone (even with a passcode), it can still be accessed by someone who isn’t them. A bug has surfaced that has found a way to start the Google Voice Actions feature with just a simple step.

All you have to do is hold down the “search” softkey/button for about 4 seconds and Google Voice Actions will start up and be ready to dial a contact or number for you. It’s not that invasive of a bug but could still be something to be concerned about, especially if you have numbers you don’t want someone else to be calling with your phone.
